Psychological Care

Sessions are held online, providing emotional support and psychological care for young people and women across Brazil. Sessions follow the brief focal psychotherapy model, lasting 12 sessions of 45 minutes each, conducted by qualified professionals.

In addition to individual sessions, support groups mediated by psychologists are offered, creating a safe space for dialogue and emotional care.

Sessions take place weekly and are conducted individually. All our care is guided by the guidelines of the Psychology Profession Code of Ethics and by the Psychological Care Protocol.

The goal is to ensure that each person served receives personalized support, respecting their needs and experiences, always with a sensitive look at social, racial and emotional issues.

In cases that require in-person care, we have strategic partnerships with CAPS (Psychosocial Care Centers) and private clinics to perform the appropriate transfer of patients, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

We do not offer psychological care in urgent or emergency situations. If you need immediate support, seek care at the nearest hospital.
