Rede Autoestima-se is a non-profit civil society organization that, since 2020, has democratized access to psychological care and therapeutic practices for women and young activists in situations of social vulnerability. With online operations benefiting people from different regions of Brazil, it offers essential psychosocial support for those facing emotional challenges such as: anxiety, depression and stress, with a special focus on young people and black women.
